Grizzly Bear - While You Wait for the Others

I need to unwind. And then I need to catch some Zzzs.

Okay, random fact: Did you know that you should drink 1 litre of water per 30 pounds of your body weight? So a 150lbs person should really be drinking 5 litres. Man, I am way behind. being at 140 (more or less) I should be drinking 4.6 litres!

Ah shit. Back to the old cranky dieting days! I'll see you guys real soon. Maybe this time I'll make a video? :-D
